About
Rising 403 feet above downtown Vancouver, 1090 West Pender, also known as the B6 Office Tower, is a 31-storey office tower redefining urban sustainability. Developed by BentallGreenOak (BGO) and designed by Musson Cattell Mackey Partnership (MCM Architects), this cutting-edge building is home to Canada’s tallest sloped green roof, setting a new standard for environmentally responsible architecture. Utilizing our Georaster ZinCo Sloped Roof System we were able to accomodate the varying slopes up to 45 degrees.
As one of Vancouver’s largest new office developments, 1090 West Pender stands as a beacon of modern, green architecture—blending functionality, sustainability, and striking design to shape the future of the city’s skyline.
