Vision

Imagine a residence seamlessly blending with the natural coastal landscape, as if it were an organic extension of the lush surroundings. The vision for this green roof project was inspired by the breathtaking beauty of Lions Bay. Nestled within the verdant hills, this green oasis was conceived to be more than just a roof; it is a living, breathing testament to the marriage of modern architecture and ecological consciousness.

Design

The landscape and green roof design was completed by Paeonia Gardens in consultation with ZinCo Canada Inc.

The design transforms the experience of the resident. Imagine, sipping coffee on our balcony overlooking the crystal water of the Howe Sound straight, with lush vegetation above and below you.

Green Roof Assembly

With the flat roofs and simple sedum plant palette, this project was a perfect candidate for our Sedum Roof Plus assembly with our SSM 45 Protection Mat and Floradrain® FD 25-E.
